Certified
Nursing Assistant
Gillis is currently seeking a full-time CNA or
a person who is currently enrolled in a nursing program. The hours are
Monday-Friday, 12:30pm to 9:00pm.
Position is responsible for the set up and administration of
medications under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse,
and to function as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Applicants must

Grant Writer
This person will work in a team with CEO and
Vice President of Development to determine funding needs. They will research local and national
funding sources, research and write funding proposals, and write grant requests
and reports. They will also edit
applications for accuracy, completeness, clarity and requirements. They will track grant revenues and
expenditures and project status to ensure proper use of funds, conduct
meetings to identify and prioritize projects, and prepare annual United Way
applications and update Donor Edge Profile for the Greater Kansas City
Community Foundation. The ideal
candidate will have knowledge of local community foundations as well as
regional and national foundations.
They will be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, have the
ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects, and have
the ability to take initiative.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and at lest two years experience
