Since 2014, our music therapy internship has grown to be one of the most competitive in the region, and it shows. Our music therapy interns were recently selected among hundreds of submissions to present on historic research at the American Music Therapy Association’s national conference! Attended by more than 1,500 music therapists, presentations included:
- Data-Driven Music Therapy Programming for Adolescents in Residential Psychiatric Treatment presented by interns Kailey Campbell and Alex Peuser
- Traumatic Narratives in Rap Lyrics of Adolescents: A Pilot Study presented by our very own CharCarol Fisher and previous intern Daniel Shineberg
