Self-reflection is an important part of our daily lives, both for ourselves and our clients. This (bring your own) lunch and learn will include discussions as participants are invited to partake in self-reflection and observe their own thoughts and feelings through the creation of their own personal box utilizing materials provided. The outside of the box is a visual reflection of our public/outside self and the inside a reflection of our private/inside self.

  • Learn a creative way to process feelings for ourselves and our clients.
  • Create a visual tool for recognizing differences in our inside and outside selves.
  • Learn ways to utilize inside/outside boxes as a self-reflection tool.
