BOARDS

The Cornerstones of Care Board of Directors governs the organization. This dedicated group of caring community volunteers provides guidance to the agency’s strategic plan, ensures mission compliance and fulfillment, maintains fiduciary oversight of our resources and investments, supports fundraising and volunteer engagement, serves as brand ambassadors and advocacy champions of our work, and monitors organizational risk in a prudent manner.

The Governing Board of Directors meets six times a year, with monthly meetings of the Executive Committee. The work of the board is supported by a series of Councils, comprised of directors and at-large community volunteers. A director term is three-years, with the opportunity to serve two consecutive terms. We appreciate these loyal volunteers who give of their time, talent, treasure and trust in order to advance Cornerstone of Care’s mission of partnering for safe and healthy communities.
