To enhance strategy and better coordinate among programs and administrative staff, Cornerstones of Care today announced the hiring of Mike Vietti in the newly formed Chief of Staff position.

In this role, Mike will serve under Cornerstones of Care President and CEO Merideth Rose and work alongside the agency’s senior leadership. Mike will use his more than 20 years of leadership experience across non-profit, communications, marketing and operations to strategize and coordinate in areas including external communications, advocacy, advancement and other mission-critical areas.

Most recently, Mike served as Director of Marketing & Communications at Krucial Rapid Response, where he has led cross-functional teams spanning communications, community relations, and IT to drive large-scale engagement strategies and organizational alignment efforts. Prior to that, he held leadership roles with Alphapointe, the National WWI Museum and Memorial, and KABOOM!, where he built a reputation for strong execution, thoughtful leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into action.
