Cornerstones of Care’s Pathways Program helps teens who’ve faced foster care or homelessness build the skills they need for adulthood, from budgeting to self-care. Right now, up to 55 teens are supported, and in 2026 the program will expand to include college visits and hands-on trade exploration.
