In School-Based Therapy, a licensed mental health professional meets with students at all grade levels to help them overcome behavioral, emotional, or social problems that interfere with success at school and at home. Starting school-based therapy can help students reduce disruptive behavior and improve self-monitoring skills. Common issues we treat include aggression, anxiety, coping with change, depression, foster care and adoption, isolation, poor social skills, stress, and trauma.
