PATHWAYS TRANSITIONAL LIVING

Pathways Transitional Living (Pathways) is a supportive transitional housing program exclusively for motivated teens and young adults who are ready to pursue their education or career dreams but are homeless or in foster care. Pathways is the only transitional living program in the region certified in trauma-informed care, creating a culture of compassion, acceptance, respect, and accountability.

A safe, judgment-free home is a basic right and the first need Pathways meets. With a safe place to sleep and complete acceptance regardless of gender identity or sexual orientation, teens and young adults can focus on what really matters – making their dreams happen.
