Mike Vietti

Mike joined the Cornerstones of Care leadership team in 2026 as the chief of staff. In this role, Mike helps manage the execution and prioritization of organizational initiatives, while assisting in optimizing processes, procedures, and efficiencies throughout the organization.

Prior to Cornerstones of Care, Mike served in a marketing and communications capacity for more than 20 years in the nonprofit sector. In his career, he has guided media relations teams in securing more than 10,000 earned media placements around the world, including outlets such as ABC World News Tonight, BBC News, CBS Evening News, CBS Sunday Morning, CNN, the New York Times, NBC Nightly News, USA Today, the Washington Post and the Wall Street Journal. Mike also has executed communications initiatives involving President Joe Biden, First Lady Michelle Obama, U.S. presidential cabinet members, members of Congress, governors, NFL Pro Bowl players, NBA All-Stars, MLB All-Stars, NASCAR champions, grammy-award winning musicians and many more.

Mike previously served in leadership roles at several national nonprofit organizations, including Krucial Rapid Response, Alphapointe, KABOOM! and the National WWI Museum and Memorial. He began his career in athletics media relations with positions at the University of Florida and Dartmouth College.

Mike holds a bachelor of science dual degree in print and electronic journalism with an outside concentration in history from Kansas State University and a master of public administration degree with certificates in economic development and public finance from Wichita State University.
