The 2023 Community Forum, delivered to the public in a professional, pre-recorded video for the first time, is now available for viewing and features top voices from within the organization, including President & CEO Merideth Rose and Chief Programs and Innovation Officer Justin Horton, offering a snapshot of our organization’s efforts in 2023.

The Community Forum video takes a special look at the future of two growing programs: our BIST (Behavioral Intervention Support Team) program and our Outpatient Counseling program. These programs are representative of the prevention work that Cornerstones of Care plans to focus on in 2024 as part of our new five-year strategic plan. In the video, Sara Barnes, Senior Director of Outpatient Programs & Services, discusses the developments in outpatient therapy, and Marty Huitt, Director of BIST, shares more about her program and recent book, Cultivating Behavioral Change in K-12 Students: Team-Based Intervention and Support Strategies.

The release of the 15-minute video coincides with the public sharing of the 2023 Impact Report, a comprehensive look at Cornerstones of Care’s impact in 2023.

The freshly-designed Impact Report gives readers an exclusive look at organization-wide achievements in 2023 and key people, programs, and projects that made a difference for the youth and families we serve. Contents of the 20-page report include a letter from the CEO, program highlights, and a first-look at the vision behind Cornerstones of Care’s five-year strategic plan. The Impact Report also features several success stories from the past year, demonstrating the impact of our work in the community.
